As part of your practical training you will spend time in virtually every department at CHG-MERIDIAN. The areas you will work in include accounting, sales support, marketing, refinancing and HR – a tour of CHG-MERIDIAN's entire range of IT financial services. You'll be in the thick of the action from day one.
Our one-week induction seminar will provide you with all the information you need for a successful start at CHG-MERIDIAN: the basic legal principles of leasing, financial mathematics, marketing, an introduction to our software systems, and much more besides.
At regular presentation sessions you will give brief talks and presentations to your fellow trainees. This is great fun and, what's more, gives you a thorough grounding in the most important presentation techniques.
And, of course, there'll be plenty of time to relax and have fun as well. Whether lunching with others in the company's canteen, on the trainees' excursion day or at our Christmas party – there's always something happening!
